I read a great excerpt from author and marketer Seth Godin:

I’ve noticed that people who read a lot of blogs and a lot of books also tend to be intellectually curious, thirsty for knowledge, quicker to adopt new ideas and more likely to do important work.

I wonder which comes first, the curiosity or the success?

How thirsty are you? As creative leaders, we all want to be inspirational, influential, and ultimately to make a difference. However, how often and how much are you ‘drinking’ up knowledge from stories, blogs, books, and mentors?
Before you change the world, you have to start by getting thirsty.
